The Papa Joe’s Market online ordering service is offered to customers through participating stores only. Customers of the service (“Customers”) are able to use the online ordering service to purchase goods online for the purpose of picking up from and/or delivering to specified locations.
NoQ, LLC, d/b/a eGrowcery is a technology service provider that hosts the online ordering service on behalf of Papa Joe’s Market. This website service is owned and maintained by eGrowcery.

This Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding our collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal information. It applies to all information we collect through the eGrowcery website and all related eGrowcery sites, applications, services and tools regardless of how you access or use them.

When you visit the eGrowcery website or use eGrowcery Services, we collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or other access device. Web log data includes your browser type and usage of our site. When you use the eGrowcery website or eGrowcery Services, we collect information about your transactions and activities.

Direct marketing

If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us or participate in our ad-customization programs, simply indicate your preference by contacting us and indicating your preferences, or by following the directions that may be provided within the communication or advertisement.
We may call or text message (SMS) you at a mobile phone number that you have provided to us, unless you have opted out of receiving such communications.
How we share personal information among you, merchants and third parties
To process your payments, we may share some of your personal information with the merchant that you are paying and the payment processor. In addition, this and other information may also be shared with third parties when you use these third parties to access eGrowcery Services. Unless you have agreed to it, these third parties are not allowed to use this information for any purpose other than to enable eGrowcery Services.
If you are buying goods or services and pay through eGrowcery, we may also provide the merchant and payment processor with your shipping and billing address to help complete your transaction. Neither the merchant nor payment processor is allowed to use this information to market their services to you unless you have agreed to it. If an attempt to pay the merchant fails, or is later invalidated, we may also provide the merchant with details of the unsuccessful payment.
We work with third parties, including merchants, to enable them to accept payments from you using eGrowcery.
Please note that merchants you buy from or contract with have their own privacy policies, and eGrowcery is not responsible for their actions, including their information protection practices.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone other than the merchant and payment processor, unless we first receive your express permission to do so or we are required to do so to comply with credit card rules, a subpoena, or other legal process.
How we share personal information with other parties
We may share your personal information with:
- Service providers under contract with us who help with our business operations, including providers of payment processing, fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing, and technology services. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.

eGrowcery will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you open an eGrowcery account directly on a third party website or via a third party application, or access a third party website through a link, any information that you enter on that website or application (and not directly on an eGrowcery website) will be shared with the owner of the third party website or application. These sites may be governed by their own privacy policies and you are encouraged to review their privacy policies before providing them with personal information. eGrowcery is not responsible for the content or information practices of such third parties.
How you can access or change your personal information
You can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your eGrowcery account and reviewing your account settings and profile. You can also close your account by contacting eGrowcery. If you close your eGrowcery account, we will mark your account in our database as Closed, but may retain personal information from your account to collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.
Keeping your personal information accurate and up-to-date
eGrowcery aims to make sure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date. eGrowcery will take reasonable steps to make sure this is the case. This way eGrowcery can provide you with a better service.

Dealing with eGrowcery anonymously
eGrowcery allows individuals the option not to identify themselves when dealing with it, where practicable.
Sensitive information
eGrowcery does not, without your consent, collect information about you that reveals your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or affiliations, membership of professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, details of health, disability, sexual orientation or criminal record.
